Top Cover
The top cover is held in place by 2 Phillips head
screws, located on the back of the washer,
and two front tabs.
To remove the top cover:
1. Remove the Backsplash .
2. Remove the 2 screws that hold the Inverter
box in place.
3. Place the inverter box off to the side of the
dryer.
4. Slide the wiring harness guard out.
Disconnect the wires to the RF choke/surge
protector.
Front Panel
WARNING: Sharp edges may be exposed when
the inner top cover is removed. Use caution to
avoid injury when servicing dryer. Wear Kevlar
gloves or equivalent protection.
To remove the front panel:
1. To access the 2 top Phillips head screws
securing the front panel, remove the
backsplash and top cover.
2. Open the door and remove the 4 Phillips
screws from the front panel.
6. Lift the top cover and slide it forward to clear
the front tabs.
4. Lift and tilt the front panel forward slightly to
disconnect wiring to the door switch.
5. Remove the front panel .
5. Remove the 2 rear Phillips head screws that
hold the top cover in place.

3. Remove the 2 Phillips screws that hold the
front panel to the inner top cover.
