4 Type your member name, a password, and your e-mail address, then
type your Promo Code (found on a card in your jukebox’s shipping
box) in the space provided.
5 Click to select the Review Terms & Conditions check box, then click
Next Step .
6 Type your billing information, then click Submit .
Important
If you cancel at any time before the end of your trial period,
you will not be charged.
