Work Hours
This will allow you to program the start time for the work hour.
1. Press the
Menu button.
2. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.
3. Press the
Sel/Save button.
4. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to WORK HOURS.
5. Press the
Sel/Save button.
6. Use the 5 or 6to scroll to desired work start Hour.
7. Press the
Sel/Save button to save. The cursor moves to the Minute field.
8. Use the 5 or 6to scroll to desired work start Minute of the hour.
9. Press the
Sel/Save button to save. The cursor moves to ANNOUNCE ONLY - Y/N
selection.
10. Press the Sel/Save button to save. To start over, press the Exit button to return to the
ANSWERING SYSmenu.
After Hours
This will allow you to program the start time for After Hours.
1. Press the
Menu button.
2. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.
3. Press the
Sel/Save button.
4. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to AFTER HOURS.
5. Press the
Sel/Save button.
6. Use the 5 or 6to scroll to desired after work start Hour.
7. Press the
Sel/Save button to save. The cursor moves to the Minute field.
8. Use the 5 or 6to scroll to desired after work start Minute of the hour.
9. Press the
Sel/Save button to save. The cursor moves to ANNOUNCE ONLY - Y/N
selection.
10. Press the Sel/Save button to save. To start over, press the Exit button to return to the
ANSWERING SYS menu.
