CAUTION
• Check that your camera is turned on when transmitting
the image data.
• Movie images cannot be transmitted.
• Images photographed with a camera
other than
FinePix F40fd / FinePix F45fd / FinePix F47fd may not
be printed or transmitted.
CHECK
• You can send the image data by simply pressing p
three times.
• Refer to the manual provided with the receiving device
for more information.
Receiving the image data from a FUJIFILM digital camera
is shown as an example here. You can receive data from
another device in the same way.
A Turn the camera on.
C Point the camera’s infrared port towards the front of the
camera’s infrared port (
➝p.13). Transmission distance
is about 5 to 20 cm (2 to 7.9 in.) within approx. 15°.

D Press p to begin transmission.
When transmission is completed,
“TRANSMISSION COMPLETED” will
appear on the LCD monitor.
