Software Functional Overview
3.3.7 Super
I/O
This controller contains 16550A or FIFO Enabled UART, ECP/Standard/Bi-
directional Parallel Port meeting the 1284 specification, and an Infrared port that
supports IrDA Super IR.
3.3.8 PCMCIA
Individually accessed, dual-buffer implemented.
Support for 1 CardBus slots (one type II stacked).
Support for 3.3v, 5v and 12v (flash programming) cards.
3.3.9 LED Indicator
The table below lists down the functions of the Status LED indicator:
Indicator
Function Description
IDE accessing LEDn This LED will turn on while accessing the IDE Device.
FDD accessing LEDn This LED will turn on while accessing the FDD Device.
Battery Charging LED
Turn on (Amber) – Battery is under charging mode
Turn off – Battery full charged or no battery
CapsLock LEDn
This LED will turn on when the function of CapsLock is active.
ScrollLock LEDn
This LED will turn on when the function of ScrollLock is active.
NumLock LEDn
This LED will turn on when the function of NumLock is active.
Power Status LED
Green – System is powered on.
Green Blinking- System is entered suspend mode.
Amber – Battery Low.
Mail LEDn
This LED will turn on while Mail was arrived.
GPRS statusn
This LED will turn on while GPRS module power on.
L
n - There LEDs will be turned off during Suspend mode.
