The computer will countdown the process,
although it does not control the filtering.
The oil moves through the filter, the frypot
and out the open frypot-drain during filtering.
Polishing is a timed process that cleans the
oil and washes small particles from the frypot.
When the final seconds of the process tick
off,
FILTER will flash in the display,
indicating the filter time has elapsed.
