Turn the vehicle on its side. •
Fit the steering column cap onto the end of the •
steering column.
Insert a #10 x ¾" screw through the hole in the

steering column cap and steering column.
While holding the steering column cap in place,
•
tighten the screw.
Turn the vehicle upright.

Insert the tabs on the hood into the slots in the front •
end of the vehicle.
Pull the hood forward and lower it closed.

Turn the hood latches ¼ turn to secure the hood. •

Insert a hood latch into one of the slots near the hood •
on the front of the vehicle.
Twist the base of the hood latch ¼ turn to secure it to

the vehicle.
Repeat this procedure to attach the other hood latch to

the vehicle.
