• Fit a cap nut on the end of the rear axle.
• Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the end of
the rear axle.
• Pull on the wheel to make sure the cap nut is securely
fastened.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other rear wheel
to the other rear axle.

Important Note: Please attach the hardware in this step in
the proper sequence, as shown in the illustration and
explained below.
• Slide three 7 /

" washers onto the front axle.
• Slide two axle spacers onto the front axle.
• Slide a hex bushing onto the front axle, ring side first.

• Slide a front wheel onto the front axle.

• Fit a hubcap on the front axle and into the center of the
front wheel.
