32 Normal Link Operation
64 Never Getting Token
96 Sole Station
128 Duplicate Station

0x02 Not Assigned
0x04 Not Assigned
0x08 Global Update Timeout (not transmitted in 500 milliseconds)
0x10 Global Data Not Configured (length set to zero)

0x40 Invalid Global Data Length (Length > 32 words)
0x80 Not Assigned.
