By default, all ports are allowed to
generate link up/down logging
information when the port state changes.

With this feature applied to a port, when the state of the port changes, the system does not generate

port link up/down logging information. In this case, you cannot monitor the port state changes

conveniently. Therefore, it is recommended to use the default configuration in normal cases.
