Dual Fueler CP3 Pump Kit 03-07 5.9L Dodge Cummins

1. Remove Radiator Hose, Fan Shroud Bracket and Engine Belt.
2. Remove Idler Pully, and replace with #5a Idler Pully as shown (fig.
2a), by using the stock spacer (remove it from the stock pully, fig. 2b)and
inserting #5b Washer as shown (fig. 2c, 2d). Install this assembly back
onto engine (same place as fig. 2a).

3. Remove Harness wire bracket bolt, and
move to position as shown from arrow 1 to
arrow 2 (fig. 3a)

4. Remove inlet high pressure fuel line from stock fuel pump (fig. 4a) and
fuel rail (fig 4b).

13. Cut return fuel and supply line hoses 3/4” as shown below, and insert

#2 & #3 5/16” T fittings

to Return Fuel Line and Supply Fuel Line hoses.

Secure with #11 hose clamps.Then connect

#2 Supply line

and

#3 Return

Line

to Dual Fueler Pump, secure with #11 hose clamps. Return Line

Return Line

14. Install Fuel Pump Pully,
torque nut to 35 ft lbs.

15. Install new engine belt. Follow
the belt routing below.

12. Install

#15 High Pressure Line Fastener

as shown. Install

#4 High

Pressure Fuel Lines

as shown below to stock engine pump, fuel rail,

and Dual Fueler pump all connected with

#9 fuel T connector
