The EZ Video Converter Preview Screen is blank, flashing, or distorted
The most common reasons you might encounter a blank Preview Screen in the EZ Video
Converter software would be:
1. The
Tape/Other switch on the front of the VIDEO 2 PC switched is set to Other.
When recording form a cassette in the VIDEO 2 PC, set this switch to Tape. Only switch
this switch to Other when you are recording from another video source connected to the
auxiliary video input on the front of the VIDEO 2 PC.
2. The EZ Video Converter software settings are incorrect.
Go to the VIDEO 2 PC screen (the screen with the preview window) and click Settings,
and choose the following:
• Set
Video Device to VIDEO 2 PC CAPTURE
• Set
Video Input Source to COMPOSITE VIDEO
• Set
Video Standard to NTSC_M (in the United States)
• Set
Audio Source to AUDIO PIN SOURCE
