To exit the check out order function, enter N in the Another Transac-
tion? field and press the <Enter> key to return to the Check In/Out menu
screen.
Retiring a
Check-Out
Item
To retire a check-out item from the system, please refer to the steps that fol-
low.
1.
From the Main menu, select <F1> Check in/out; the Check In/Out menu
appears.
2.
From the Check in/out menu, select <F3> Retire. The Item ID screen
appears.
3.
Enter the Item ID for the item that you want to retire in the Item ID field.
•
If this is a kit item ID, all items in the kit are also retired.
•
If this item ID is part of a kit, it will be removed from the kit when it is
retired.
4.
Press the <Enter> key to continue. A Confirm retire screen appears.
