Removing the GBIC Card
The GBIC is hot-swappable and can be removed while the DIGITAL VNswitch
900GV has power. To remove the connector ( Figure 5-2), complete these steps:

1 Push in the release tab (1) on the side of the card.
2 Pull out the card.
