Rack installation
Do the following to install the server in the rack. Reverse the steps to remove the
server from the rack.
1.
Lift and place the server on the lower edge of the mounting bracket.
2.
Slide the server as far back as it will go.
3.
Using the thumb screws on the front of the server; secure the server to the
brackets.
4.
If you have additional servers to install, repeat steps 1 through 3 for each xSeries
330.
5.
Install all external cables and power cords to the servers.
