Maintaining
Storing discs
•
Do not store discs in a place that is exposed to direct sunlight or heat.
•
Do not store discs in a place that is exposed to moisture and dust, such
as a bathroom or near a humidifier.
•
Store discs vertically in their cases. Stacking discs or placing objects on
discs when not in their cases may cause warping.
Handling discs
•
To keep a disc clean, do not touch the play side (non-label side) of the
disc.
•
Do not attach paper or tape to the disc.
Cleaning discs
•
Before playback, wipe the disc outwards from the center (not in a
circle) with a clean cloth.
CD+G Karaoke
The disc does not play
•
There is no disc inside your karaoke system.
•
Insert the disc correctly with the playback side facing
down.
•
Clean the disc. See “Cleaning discs” on page 33.
No song lyrics appear on the TV screen
•
Connect the video cable to your karaoke system’s
VIDEO
OUT jack and to the TV’s VIDEO IN jack.
•
Make sure that you have selected to the corrected AV
input for your TV. See the documentation that came
with your TV.
•
Clean the CD+G. See “Cleaning discs” on page 33.
