Configuration Steps

For a complete configuration of the HP ProLiant BL25p server blade, do the following:

Select desired model, configuration and quantity of HP ProLiant BL25p server blades.

Decide how many HP BladeSystem p-Class Server Blade Enclosures to purchase (each enclosure can hold up to 8 HP ProLiant
BL25p server blades):

HP BladeSystem p-Class server blade enclosure with enhanced backplane components with 8 Rapid Deployment Pack
licenses (281404-B22)
Or
HP BladeSystem p-Class server blade enclosure with enhanced backplane components with 8 Rapid Deployment Pack trial
(243564-B22)
Or
HP BladeSystem p-Class server blade enclosure with enhanced backplane components with 8 HP BladeSystem Management
Suite licenses (380625-B22) - includes: a single copy of Systems Insight Manager (SIM) and 8 licenses for each of the
following products: Rapid Deployment Pack (RDP), Performance Management Pack (PMP) and the Vulnerability and Patch
Management Pack (VPM)

NOTE:

HP BladeSystem p-Class Enhanced Server Blade enclosures may be required depending on which HP ProLiant BL25p

server blade model is selected.
