Using your Duo

Steam Sweeper & floor Sanitizer

5) Place the Steam Sweeper & Floor Sanitizer on

the black Floor Protector Resting Mat (be sure the

‘bumpy’ side is facing up). Do NoT attach the

Ultra-Microfiber Pad at this time. Unscrew the

cap on the water tank (Fig 4).

6) Using the provided fill cup, pour no more than

one fill cup of water (as indicated by the fill line

on the cup) into the tank. Do not overfill. There

is a TAN bar that cuts across the opening just inside

the water tank to show the correct water level.

Keep the water level below this bar. Replace the

cap when finished (Fig 5).

7) Plug the Steam Sweeper and Floor Sanitizer into

a standard 120-volt grounded wall receptacle.

8) Press the GREY STEAM power button to turn on

the STEAM function. The STEAM power indicator

light, on top of the unit, will illuminate RED.

Your Steam Sweeper & Floor Sanitizer is heated

and ready to use when the Thermal Indicator on

the tank cap changes from BLACK to oRANGE (Fig 6).

9) Place an Ultra-Microfiber Pad on the floor with

the WHITE ‘hook & loop’ side facing up. Lightly

press the Steam Sweeper and Floor Sanitizer onto

the pad, making sure the Ultra-Microfiber Pad is

positioned to the bottom of the tray correctly.

Position the pad towards the back of the base

of the unit so as not to cover the Power-Lift

Brush (Fig 7a & b). The specially-designed bottom

of the tray will grip the pad.

Do NoT attach the pad crossways to the bottom

of the unit or in any way that will interfere with

the Sweeper Brush (Fig 8).

10) Push and pull the Duo™ slowly across the floor to

thoroughly steam clean each section.
