 The jog wheel doesn’t respond to touch.
• An electrostatic system is used for touch detection in the jog wheels
of the unit. If the jog wheel is dirty or you have hand cream on your
hands, the jog wheel might not detect touch properly. When cleaning
the jog wheel, dry-wipe it with a soft cloth. If it’s very dirty, prepare a
5:1 or 6:1 solution of water and neutral detergent, soak a soft cloth in
the solution and wring it out well, then clean the jog wheel and wipe
it with a dry cloth.
• If touching the jog wheel while touching another metal part of the unit
makes the jog wheel work, it’s possible that the unit is being affected
by another device connected to the unit. Review the connection
environment (location, ground connection status, etc.) of the devices
(PC/Mac, etc.) connected to the unit.
 The indicator flashes and operation is strange.
• If the unit behaves unusually or doesn’t turn on, disconnect the USB
cable, wait a while, then reconnect the USB cable to turn on the unit.
