Is it connected to the correct input?

If it is connected with HDMI input, set it to DisplayPort input.

Go to [Settings] > [General] > [DisplayPort Version] and set the option to [1.4(DSC)].

Check if the graphic card supports the DSC (Display Stream Compression).

Check if the graphics card driver has been updated to the latest version.

Some features are disabled.

Are some functions not available when you press the Menu button?

The OSD is locked. Disable [OSD Lock] in [General].
