2.4 Installing the monitor hood
You can install the monitor hood to reduce glare or reflection.
To install the monitor hood:
1. By aligning the embedded screws on the side cover with the side screw
holes, lift the hood side cover fully upward, and hold it into place. Then
secure the side cover by partial tighten the screws to fix its position. Repeat
the same step to install another side cover (Figure 1).
2. Remove the rubbers securing the top screw holes (Figure 1).
3. Slide the hood top cover until it fully engaged with the upper side latches
(Figure 2).
4. Slightly loosen the embedded screws on the side cover. Then carefully push
the hood assembly downward. Press the rear edges of the top cover firmly
until the latches are fully engaged (Figure 3).
5. Secure the hood assembly with the screws (Figure 4).
