WHITELIST ON Enables Whitelist filtering "OK: Set ENABLEWL=ON"
WHITELIST OFF Disables Whitelist filtering "OK: Set ENABLEWL=OFF"

element of the Receiver List array
Note: Any phone number stored
in the fifth element of the Receiver
List array will be overwritten by
this command.
