MPI’s exclusive VT/ST metal detectors keep your processing equipment safe from damage and your product free from
metal contaminants. Protecting your in-feed chippers and in-feed hoggers from metal contaminants means less downtime,

The VT/ST metal detector's exclusive three-sided design provides maximum protection against metal contaminants
that can damage processing equipment and ruin product. This unique metal detector is easily configured to an existing
vibratory or belt conveyor.

APPLICATIONS
VT/ST units are generally installed in vibratory "“VT" and belt "ST" conveyors. Chipper in-feed and hogger in-feed conveyors are typical installations.
VT/ST units are also used to check chips and other raw materials for contamination before further processing.
