- Overview
(1) This program transforms the MPEG-4 format download and recorded files to MPEG-1 format files,
allowing the user to see them using Windows Media Player.
- Running and using
(1) Click the Start > All Programs > Rugged CCTV > RUGGED VISION CMS> Trans Coder menu.
(2) Then, the following screen is displayed.
