COOLING SYSTEMS CLEANING
1. Remove one (1) screw (A) from Top Guard and remove guard.
2. Disconnect spark plug lead (B) from spark plug.
3. Remove spark plug lead grommet from top of engine cover.
4. Remove throttle linkage end (C) from the carburetor swivel.
5. Release stored energy in EZR Starter power spring by removing
spark plug.
6. Remove three (3) screws (D) from EZR Starter Assembly and
remove EZR Starter.
NOTE
DO NOT disassemble the EZR Starter Assembly.
7. Remove the four screws that retain the engine cover. Two at the
inside top of the EZR mounting plate (E), two on either side of the
front (F).
8. Disengage the heat deflector tabs (G) under the muffler from the
slots in the engine/muffler cover.
