MODE BUTTON

Normally the display shows the correct time in the STANDBY (Power Off) mode,

the radio frequency in the TUNER mode, and the CD track and time information in

the CD mode. You can press the MODE button repeatedly to show the following

information on the display:

STANDBY (Power Off) Mode:

Correct Time

TIMER ON Time

TIMER OFF Time

Correct Time.

TUNER Mode:

Radio Frequency

Correct Time

TIMER ON Time

TIMER OFF Time

Radio Frequency.

CD Playback Mode:

CD Elapsed Time

CD Remaining Time

Correct Time

TIMER ON

Time

TIMER OFF Time

CD Elapsed Time.

LISTENING TO AUXILIARY SOUND SOURCES

1.) Connect the Audio Output jacks of your auxiliary sound source (TV, VCR,

DVD Player, Cassette Deck, Mini Disc player, etc., etc,,) The connection cables

are not included.

2.) Press the POWER/STANDBY button on the front panel or remote control to

turn this system ‘On’.

3.) Press the LINE (AUX) button on the top panel or

remote control to select the Auxiliary Source

function. The LINE indicator appears in the display.

4.) Turn your auxiliary source ‘On’ and operate it as usual. The sound from the

auxiliary source will be heard through the speakers of this system.

5.) Adjust the VOLUME, BASS LEVEL, and BASS BOOST controls of this system

as desired.
