3. Click the name of the document which is printing in the
Document Name list, then click the Stop icon button to
cancel the print job.
When background printing is off
1. Press the
P
power button to turn off the printer.
2. Hold down the
J
command key on your keyboard and press
the period (.) key to cancel the print job.

problem using the troubleshooting information in your printer
documentation, contact customer support services for assistance.
Customer support will be able to help you much more quickly if
you give them the following information.
❏ Serial number of your printer
(The serial number label is on the back of the printer)
❏ Printer model
❏ Brand and model of your computer
