 Switch on the lawnmower according to instructions and with feet well away from the
blades.
 Do not put hands or feet near or under rotating parts.
 Keep clear of discharge opening at all times.
 Never pick up or carry the lawnmower while the motor is running.
 Remove the plug from the socket:

whenever you leave the machine

before clearing a blockage

before checking, cleaning or working on the lawnmower

after striking a foreign object. Inspect the lawnmower for damage and make repairs as
necessary if the lawnmower starts to vibrate abnormally (check immediately).
 Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight to be sure that the lawnmower is in safe working
condition.
 Check the grass catcher frequently for wear or deterioration.
 Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.

6 ASSEMBLY
6.1 Folding handle
 Fix the lower handlebars into the unit body with the locking knobs. (Fig 1A)
 Release the upper handlebars for folding. Connect the upper handle and the lower handle
with the locking lever. (Fig 1B)
 Attach the cable-clamp to the position shown and then attach the cable. (Fig 1C-D)
6.2 The grass catcher (5)
 To fit: Raise the rear cover and hitch the grass catcher on rear of mower. (Fig 2A-B)
 To remove: grasp and lift rear cover, remove grass catcher.
Note: There is a window on the rear cover. You can see the condition of
grass through the window. If the catcher is full of grass, you will empty and
clean the bag, make sure it is clean and ensure its meshwork is ventilated.
