Spray pattern REASON REMEDIES
INCLINED Some solids cling on the
exit part of material
nozzle. Assembly the parts again after
cleaning the join between
material nozzle and nozzle set.
SPLIT
Paint viscosity too low. Add paint to increase viscosity.
Fluid output too high. Adjust the spray adjust valve set
to low, but the spray pattern will
be small.
HEAVY CENTER
Paint viscosity too high. Add thinner to reduce viscosity.
Fluid output too high. Adjust the spray adjust valve set
to higher.
11 ENVIRONMENT
Should your machine need replacement after extended use, do not put it in the domestic
waste but dispose of it in an environmentally safe way.
