FLUTTERING
Air enters between
material nozzle and
nozzle seat. Assembly parts again after
clean the connecting part
between Material nozzle and
nozzle seat. Or change these
two parts when they are
damaged.
Air enters between the
airflow separating ring
and gun body or nozzle
seat. Assemble parts again after do
the cleaning works or change
new ones when they are
damaged.
Air enters near the need
sealing nut. Rocking the needle sealing nut.
Air enters between
material passage
connector and cup. Assenbly and locking the
relative parts again after do the
cleaning works.
CRESCENT
Some eyewinker block on
the holes of airflow
nozzle, that caused the
asymmetry painting from
the horn holes. Using brush to clean the
eyewinker from the horn holes
completely. But It Is not allowed
to clean by some metal cleaning
device.
Some Solids cling
between the Material
nozzle and airflow nozzle. Clean the solides and change
relative parts if some of then are
damaged.
