Rotate the holder in the direction indicated by the arrow to secure it in place.

Check to make sure that the keyboard’s POWER switch is set to “OFF”.

Plug the microphone into the MIC IN jack.

Slide the microphone onto the microphone holder as shown in the illustration.
Make sure that the microphone is not pointed towards the speaker when it is mounted on the
holder.
NOTE
• Use only the microphone that comes with this keyboard. Never try to connect any other type of microphone.
• The microphone is intended for use exclusively with the MA-170 keyboard. Never try to use it with any
other device.
