Avoid extreme conditions and temperatures which may impact batteries, e.g.
radiators, direct sunlight.
Remove the battery from the device if it is not going to be used for extended
periods.
Risk of property damage
Use only the recommended battery type!
When inserting the battery ensure the correct polarity!
If necessary, clean the battery and device contacts before inserting the battery.
Promptly remove a drained battery from the product.

Preparing the product for use
Remove the battery insulation strip from between the battery and the contact.

Operation
Timer function (countdown)
Turn the setting dial

one complete revolution clockwise.
Turn it back counterclockwise and set it to the required number of minutes.
Note: The minute countdown starts immediately. When the set number of minutes
runs out, the timer sounds an audible signal.
Setting the time
To set the time, turn the small wheel

until the hands are in the desired positions
