Light
Press LIGHT to briefly activate the light.
Time setting
Press MODE 3x to go from normal time display mode to time
setting mode. The seconds will blink on the display and can be
reset by pressing ST/SP. Press RESET to confirm the setting.
The minutes will blink on the display. Press ST/SP to set the minutes.
Press RESET to confirm the setting.
The hours will blink on the display. Press ST/SP to set the hours. If
the hours are increased by more than 24 hours, the watch will
switch from 24 hour time mode H to 12 hour time mode A or P and
vice versa. Press RESET to confirm the setting.
The date will blink on the display. Press ST/SP to set the date. Press
RESET
to confirm the setting.
Set the month and the day of the week in the same way.
Press MODE to exit time setting mode.
To briefly show the date, press ST/SP in normal time display mode.
Alarm setting
Press MODE 2x to go from normal time display mode to alarm
setting mode. The hours will blink on the display and can be set by
pressing ST/SP. Press RESET to confirm the setting.
The minutes will blink on the display. Press ST/SP to set the minutes.
Press RESET to confirm the setting.
Press MODE to exit time setting mode.
Activating the alarm
Press ST/SP and RESET simultaneously in normal time display
mode to activate or deactivate the alarm. The set alarm time will be
temporarily visible. If the alarm is activated ALM will appear on the
display. The alarm time can be briefly shown in normal time display
mode by pressing RESET. Press ST/SP or RESET to stop the alarm.
