Complaint: Can’t install left pedal
Probable Cause: Left pedal is a reverse thread. Confirm that hole in crank has
not been damaged during installation.
Complaint: Pedal is broken
Replace the pedal per current warranty status.

Complaint: Screw boss Broken
Probable Cause: Screw installed with too much torque. Send a new cover.
Stress not putting more torque on the screw than what it takes
to fully seat the screw.
Potential Cause: Some cleaning agents, especially undiluted or commercial anti-
bacterial cleansers can attack the plastic. Send a new cover if
needed. Determine what they are using to clean the unit, and
stress the use of a mild soap or wet rag to clean the unit.
