connected to the local network.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the Power Reducer Box is
correctly connected to the network
(see Section 8.1.7)
(405) Transfer method of the Power Reducer Box
is not allowed on the Sunny Portal server.
Corrective measures:
• Contact the SMA Service Line.
(407) Authentication of the proxy server is
necessary.
Corrective measures:
• Check the network settings of the
proxy server and activate
authentication on the "Sunny Portal
settings" page (see Section 10.1.1).
(408) Timeout during request. The Sunny Portal
may be overloaded.
Corrective measures:
• Repeat the process at a later time.
