INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all items and sort by size. 1.
Remove the bolts securing the bunk 2.
support brackets to the trailer frame on one
pair of the carpeted bunks. These bolts will
not be used again when installing the riser
tubes.
Place the riser tubes between the trailer 3.
frame and the bunk support brackets on the
bunks being raised.
Align the appropriate hole in the bunk 4.
support brackets with the hole in the riser
tubes and the frame.
Place a flat washer on a 3/8” x 3 ¼” 5.
hex bolt. Drop the bolt down through
the aligned holes. Place on a second flat
washer and a flange lock nut. Repeat this
process on all of the bunk support brackets
attached to the length of bunks you are
raising.
Once all bolts have been inserted, tighten 6.
securely.
Repeat the above process on the remaining 7.
bunk support brackets until all of them
have a riser mounted between the bracket
and the trailer frame.
Assembly is complete. 8.
