Mounting Instructions:
Mount channel brackets in locations along the sideframe
evenly spaced according to your trailer specifications. The
U-bolts can be either mounted from the inside of the frame
out (shown in Detail B) or from the outside frame in. Refer to
Detail A. Secure with 3/8” lock washer and 3/8” hex nuts.
Purchase required boards according to the specifications of
your trailer from your local lumber yard.
The boards purchased can be either 2x4 or 2x6 pieces cut
to your specifications.
Mount the boards to the channel brackets using 1-1/2” HH
screws. Refer to Detail B.
The 2200U and 1400U: The entire trailer can be fitted with
side rails with additional kits and lumber purchased. (Note
that ramps will have to be removed.)
The PS4X8 - PS6X12 and 2ATV/3ATV: These trailers can
be fitted with 3 sides of rail. The ramp end is open for ramp
use only.
