Ramp Extension Kit for the SSBK1400U
Assembly Instructions:
Slide the ramp extension weldment (Ref.#1) onto the
existing ramp. Fasten using one (1) 1/2” X 2” hex bolt
(Ref.#2), 1/2” lock washer (Ref.#4) and 1/2” hex nut
(Ref.#5).
Attach the opposite side of the extension ramp using
the pin (Ref.#7), one (1) 1/2” lock washer and one (1)
1/2” hex nut.
NOTE: The u-bolt must be placed on the same side of
the extension ramp as the pin (Ref.#7).
Slide the clamp (Ref.#9) over the 1/2” u-bolt (Ref.#3).
Place the jam nuts (Ref.#6) on each leg of the u-bolt.
Place the u-bolt assembly in the hole location on the
extension ramp. Secure with two (2) 1/2” lock washers
and two (2) 1/2” hex nuts.
While in transport, fasten the ramp extension to the
ramp pin (Ref.#7) and secure with the lynch pin
(Ref.#8).
