Assembly Instructions for the SS1411
Bike Channel Kit for the Utility Trailer
Center the bike channel weldment (REF.#1) onto the
plywood deck of your utility trailer.
Secure the bike channel to the deck using three (3)
3/8” X 1-1/2” full threaded carriage bolts (REF.#2).
Tighten with the 7/16” USS flat washers (REF#4) and
3/8” flange lock nuts (REF.#3).
Refer to parts drawing for proper placement.
Assembly is complete.
