Installation Instructions:
Align the TA0150 Storage Rack that is centered along the back
side of the TA0149 ShoreLock’r II Storage Box. Mark the two hole
locations. Drill a 13/32” through the storage box. Attach the storage
rack to the storage box using two 3/8” X 1” carriage bolts. Secure
using 3/8” lock washer and 3/8” hex nuts.
Place your containers on the storage rack. Slide the aluminum rod
through the container handles to mark an approximate hole loca-
tions for mounting the angled aluminum brackets. Remove the con-
tainers. Drill four 13/32” holes according to your markings. Mount
the angled aluminum brackets in the holes just drilled with two 3/8”
X 1” carriage bolts. Secure with 3/8” lock washers and 3/8” hex
nuts. Repeat on opposite side of the storage box.
Note there are two self drilling screws provided in the hardware kit.
They are used to secure the aluminum tray to the top side of the
side frames.
Determine a location towards the rear of the tray that is directly
above the side frame tubes. Drill the self-drilling screws down
through the tray and into the top of the side frame. Tighten until
secure.
Again place your containers on the storage rack. Slide the alumi-
num rod through the angled aluminum bracket and through your
container handles. Secure the aluminum rod after sliding it through
the second angled aluminum bracket with the lynch pin provided.
