REAR ROLLER ARM ASSEMBLY FOR THE SLR150TAL
(RIGHT)
The rear roller system on the SLR150TAL consists of a right and
left-hand roller arm assembly. To make a complete rear roller sys-
tem requires both a TA0031-00 right-hand and a TA0030-00 left-
hand roller arm assembly.
Installation Instructions
Remove the wire harness and the taillight from the existing arm be-
ing replaced with the TA0031-00 located on the rear cross member
on the right hand side of the trailer. (See Picture to Identify). Re-
move the existing bunk or roller arm. Place the roller arm supplied
with the TA0031-00 into the mounting brackets on the rear cross
member and align the center hole with the hole in the mounting
brackets. Insert and 5/8” x 4 ½” hex bolt and secure with a 5/8”
lock nut.
Place a roller assembly on one end of the roller arm just installed.
Align the holes and secure with a ½” x 4” hex bolt and ½” lock nut.
Repeat this process on the other end of the roller arm.
Re-route the wire harness removed from the existing arm. Mount
the taillight removed and connect the wire harness to the taillight.
Re-install the rubber grommets to protect the wires.
Tighten all bolts. Assembly is complete.
