FISHING SERIES 8” ROLLER WITH BRACKET

The TA0011 8” roller with bracket assembly comes complete with

the mounting hardware to attach it to either a channel cross mem-

ber as shown in picture No. 1 or a tube cross member as shown in

picture No. 2. It is adjustable up and down by sliding the attaching

bolts through the mounting slot in the bracket. The roller comes

pre-assembled to the bracket. Attach the roller assembly to the

cross member as follows:

Channel Cross Member (See Picture No. 1)

Place one of the ½” pyramidal washers on a ½” x 1 ¼” hex bolt as

shown so the points of the washer are pointing away from the head

of the bolt. Insert the bolt into the slot of the bracket, then into the

hole in the channel cross member of the trailer. Secure with a ½”

lock washer and hex nut. Place a second bolt assembly into the

second slot in the bracket following the above process.

Tube Cross Member (See Picture No. 2)

Place one of the ½” pyramidal washers on a ½” x 3” hex bolt as

shown so the points of the washer are pointing away from the head

of the bolt. Insert the bolt into the slot of the bracket, then into the

hole provided in the tube cross member of the trailer. Secure with a

½” lock washer and hex nut. Place a second bolt assembly into the

second slot in the bracket following the above process.

Adjustment

Position the roller either up or down until the proper height is

achieved. Once positioned, tighten the attaching bolts to secure

the roller in the desired location. Note that the points on the pyra-

midal washers will bite into the roller bracket to hold it in position

once tightened.
