INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Break the bundle and sort all items by size.
2. Loosen and remove the U-bolts attaching the spring brackets of
the trailer to the side frames.
3. Raise the frame up until the spacer tubes can be inserted be-
tween the side frame of the trailer and the spring brackets.
4. Align the holes of the frame riser with the holes in the spring
bracket. Note that the frame risers have two sets of mounting
holes in the brackets welded to the riser tubes. If the frame ris-
ers are being installed on a trailer with 13” tires, align the in-
ner pair of holes with the spring bracket. The outer most pair of
holes will align with the 14” spring brackets.
5. The kit includes two new length U-bolts for either the 3” or 4” side
frames. Insert the appropriate length U-bolts into the aligned
holes. Place on the new ½” flange lock nuts provided. Tighten.
Assembly is complete.
