Assembly Instructions:

Install the four (4) 61007 bunk loadguide tubes on the

8’ bunks using the factory installed 23/8” X 4-1/2” car-

riage bolts. Secure with 3/8” lock washers and 3/8” hex

nuts only finger tight.

CAUTION: The loadguide tube

bunk mounting angles

MUST be installed on the out-

side of the 8’ bunk away from the boat hull.

Install the four (4) 10 hole mounting channels on either

the top or the bottom side of the trailer frame depend-

ing on desired final bunk height. Secure with the proper

size U-bolts depending on the trailer size. Install the

1/2” flange lock nuts finger tight.

Mount the upright tube and the 8’ bunk assembly in

the desired position on the 10 hole load guide channel.

Secure with 3/8” X 1-3/4” hex bolt with 3/8” flat washer

under the bolt head and 3/8” flange lock nuts finger

tight.

Starting from the top being tightening all fasteners

leaving the frame U-bolts last. At this point check the

final clearance on the boat to the bunk. One inch (1”)

is the desired clearance between the boat and bunk.

Tighten the frame U-bolts and double check the bunk

clearance.

It may be necessary to alter the length of the upright

tube which should be flush with the 10 hole bracket.

Simply cut to the desired length and treat the bare met-

al.
