Tongue Roller Bracket:
Mount the tongue roller bracket (REF#25) onto
the tongue using a 3/8” X 4” hex bolt (REF#1) and secure
with a 3/8” flange lock nut (REF#12).
Tongue Wires:
Install the tongue wire harness through the top
forward wire hole and exit the tongue just after the frame
tongue channel. Install grommets and plug tongue wire
into the frame harness by color code. NOTE: If the tongue
roller is to be telescoped - use caution with the tongue
wires.
Jack Mounting Hardware:
Before mounting the winch post to the tongue,
insert two (2) 1/2” X 1-1/4” carriage bolts (REF#7) into jack
retainer plate (REF#23). Insert bolts and retainer plate into
jack mounting base from the inside out. Install jack inside
spacer (REF#22) over the carriage bolts. Insert this jack
assembly through the embossed winch post jack mounting
holes. Secure with two (2) 1/2” flange lock nuts (REF#13).
Winch Post:
Secure the winch post (REF#27) to the tongue
using three (3) 1/2” X 4” carriage bolts (REF#8) and 1/2”
flange lock nuts. Tighten winch post in a position that best
fits your water craft.
Winch Assembly:
Secure the winch assembly (REF#26) to the
winch post (REF#27) using two (2) 1/2” X 4-1/2” hex bolts
(REF#4) and 1/2” flange lock nuts. Refer the parts drawing
when installing the winch post bushing (REF#29) for
proper placement. Tighten all bolts after adjustments for fit
have been made.
