SMALL PONTOON WINCH POST
Position the winch post on the tongue and secure in place using 1/2” x 3 9/16” x 3 7/8” square u-bolts.
Secure with 1/2” flange lock nuts. Tighten only to hold in position because they will have to be moved
when the pontoon is placed on the trailer.
Mount the bow stop assembly to the post using 3/8” x 3 3/4” carriage bolts and secure with 3/8” flange
locknuts.
Attach the winch handle to the winch using the nylon locking nut provided on the winch.
