About the Aurora Playout workflow

Before you can use GV Connect to access placeholders/rundowns and create/edit/export
associated sequences, GV Connect must be configured for your site's specific systems
and workflow, as follows:
•
The network address of the server and other system settings
•
The formats in which sequences are exported
•
The location(s) to which sequences are exported
This is configured in K2 FCP GV Connect Preferences by your system administrator.
Refer to the K2 FCP Connect Installation Manual for more information.
Accessing placeholders/rundowns
If you are using the Aurora Playout workflow, start by choosing the placeholder or
rundown on which you are working.
