Multitalent

heat pump manager

The Multitalent heat pump
manager serves to operate and
control the entire plant.
The heat pump manager itself
is operated by the control unit.
The control console is supplied
connected to the basic device and
is located behind the flap on the
indoor module. These instructions
describe the operation of the most
important heat pump manager
functions.
More detailed information
about the heat pump manager
can be found in the Multitalent
heat pump manager installation
manual.

The standard display of the heat
pump manager is comprised of
four rows.

Display

Operation

Row 1:

This displays the day of the

week, the date and time.

Row 2

: Favourites display. The

current favourites can be selected
with the rotary knob (A).

Row 3:

Displays the current

temperature value from heating
appliance 1 or collector in the
event of cascade. After pressing
a function key (C), the actual value
and the setpoint is displayed.
In standby mode, the setpoint
is set to 5°C. The setpoint in
automatic mode is factory set to
35°C.

Row 4:

Left: Displays the central

mode.
Right: under internal heating
circuit: Displays the current
situation of the heating circuit, if
no internal heating circuit:
No display.

Standby

The heat pump manager is controlled
by means of the following buttons.

The rotary knob (A)
can be used to toggle
between the displayed
menu points or to change
the set values.

After pressing the Home
button (B) you are
always taken back to the
standard display.

Each of the four function
keys (C) stand for one
of the four rows on the
display. Pressing an F
button serves to select
a menu item or set value.

A

The following display is shown
after the initial powering up of
the heat pump manager and after
restarting after a power cut.

Installation and configuring of the
plant begins after pressing the
F button next to OK . This may
only be undertaken by a trained
specialist. After a power cut or
switching off the system, press the
F-button next to End.
After self-testing the plant
(maximum 8 minutes), the
standard display is shown.
