ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP VI:
ƒ Take out grill head from carton, and place it onto the cart.
ƒ Use 2 pcs of 1/4-20x1-1/2” screws to screw grill head on cart.
ƒ Use 6 pcs of 1/4-20x1-1/2” screws to screw grill head to cart from bottom of
firebox, going through holes on side panels.
STEP VII:
ƒ Use 2 pcs of 5/32"-32x3/8” screws to attach the hose baffle on the tank insulation
panel.
ƒ
Place the tank insulation panel under firebox, and attach it to side panels with 4
pcs 5/32”-32x3/8” screws.
ƒ
Hook the grease cup bracket on tank insulation panel, then place the grease cup
on it.
