Replace the chain
Before replacing the chain, you need to remove 1) rear wheel, 2) rear brake, 3) brake
disc (see the front wheel disassembly section) and crankset, then you can start to
remove the chain cover.
1. Loose the right shift button by turning
counterclockwise.
2. Use fast wrench with no.14 adapter to
remove the crack.
3. Above shows the rear part of the
transmission after removing the rear wheel.
Use heat dryer to soften the loctite on every
screw at the back side of chain cover.
4. After softening, loosen all 19 screws.
5. Loosen the 3 screws from the back and
detach the hub cover.
6. Use hex wrench to loosen the guide wheel
and remove the chain.
